The Bead Buddy Thread Magic is an artificial thread conditioner used to wax the thread to strengthen it. The thread conditioner doesn't melt or freeze. Product color may vary slightly due to photographic lighting sources or your monitor settings.

Cancellation:
We strive hard to dispatch your products as soon as possible so that you can receive them sooner. So cancellation requests are accepted only before we dispatch your products.
Return & Replacement:
We pack the products carefully to ensure that the products reach you safely and get what you ordered. Even after these measures, there can still be an error. We accept returns in the below cases:
- Received a product that is damaged in transit.
- Received a product that has a manufacturing defect.
- Received a different product than what is ordered.
If you have received a product that is damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
If you have received an incorrect product or product with a manufacturing defect please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please send us the concern and images of the product at help@beadncord.com. Also, save the packaging material to send the products back.
To raise the return requests, the products must be in the same condition as you received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.
We will notify the status of your return request within 2 business days of receiving it. On approval of your return request, we will send you instructions on how to return the product. Products returned without prior approval are not accepted.
Refund:
Refunds approved will be issued from our end within 2-3 business days. We will issue the refund to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, we will issue the refund to the bank account provided by the customer. Refunds will be issued based on below guidelines:
Inventory Issues:
We take measures to ensure that the inventory is up to date on our website. Even after these measures, if a product is unavailable when processing your order, we will inform you the same. We will cancel the product in your order and will issue a refund.
Return Requests:
We will check the returned products on receiving them and update you on the refund status within 3 business days.
- Once the returned product is checked and is fine, we will inform you about the same. We will either ship the replacement if available at no extra cost or will issue a refund.
- If all the products mentioned in the return request are not returned, we will issue the refund only for the received products.
- We will not issue a refund in the below scenarios:
- The product received is not the product for which the return request is approved.
- The product is either used or not in its original packaging.
- Parts of the product are missing, or only a partial quantity of the product is returned.
