Shipping policy

Shipping Charges:

Prepaid Orders:

We offer free shipping on prepaid orders above Rs. 999 and will charge Rs. 65 on orders up to Rs. 999.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:

We charge a shipping fee of Rs. 50 on orders above Rs. 999 and Rs. 100 on orders up to Rs. 999. Cash on Delivery is not eligible for orders above Rs. 5000.

Processing Time:

We generally dispatch the products within 2-3 business days of receiving the order. In case of any delay due to unforeseen circumstances, we will inform you.

If your location is not serviceable for Cash on Delivery by any of our delivery partners, we will contact you for payment. We will hold your order for a maximum of 3 days for payment. If we didn't receive a payment within 3 days of communication, we would cancel the order. We will dispatch the products only after the payment is received.
